Having worked in and ultimately ran an SME business alongside IT and Internet Technologies for the last 30+ years, I believe that I have a lot to offer similar companies in realising their digital dreams.

During my career, I was involved in procuring web sites for my own business and experienced first hand the frustrations of working with an outside developer. Often developers are technical people with little experience in how business works. They were more familiar with working with IT specialists in client teams dedicated to web services.

I want 4clouds to offer a different kind of service. With the benefit of my experiences, I will work with you to bring your web site to life through understanding business and, particularly, your business.

Web design is, by its nature, a technical process, but the result should hide the technical inner-workings from the client. Your website must be informative, attractive, and easy to use and understand by your clients. Those requirements are not technical; they are the needs of the end product. You buy motor vehicles without understanding how the clutch works, so why should you worry about how a web site works.

I have spent a lot of time thinking about my previous experiences and how I could reduce web design frustration. I have considered ways of streamlining the flow of information between my clients and me. I believe that I have developed suitable; but easy to use tools that will make the web design process easy for us.
